Our approach to your care at Goeller Chiropractic
What can you expect at your appointment?

New patient paperwork
You will fill out an intake form completed only on the first visit, filling out things like: your name, birthdate, what is bringing you in, how did you hear of us, etc.

History and Exam
We will briefly go over your medical history, then we will complete an examination that will include taking vitals: pulse, blood pressure, breath rate, height, weight, and temperature, and complete a spinal screening.

Tools to assist the adjustment
We can use tools and techniques to aid in the adjustment process. Things we can do are muscle pin-and-stretch to loosen muscles, slow traction, massage, and muscle gun.

Adjustment
After the exam we will move right into the adjustment, and if this is not your first time this is where you will start. This is the part you’re looking forward to.

Rehab
If extra work is needed for especially sore muscles or for athletes, we can do rehab movements and exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles and supporting tissue. Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, or scraping, is also available for those deep muscle aches and myofascial adhesions. Cupping is also offered as a way to bring white bloods cells into the area for pain reduction and to help with healing.
